We aim for all orders to arrive within the estimated delivery times; however, delays may occasionally occur during busy periods, customs processing, or postal disruptions.

Delivery times exclude weekends, public holidays, and bank holidays. Postcode restrictions may apply.

Order & Delivery Information

Please ensure all shipping details, including your address, postcode, and contact information, are entered correctly at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

If incorrect delivery details are provided and Royal Mail/Evri are unable to deliver your parcel, it will be returned to us. In some cases, returned parcels can take up to 28 business days to arrive back with us.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the parcel has either been successfully delivered or returned to us.

International & EU Orders

Please note that some EU countries are currently experiencing customs delays. Once your parcel has arrived in your country of residence, we are unable to speed up the customs process.

Customs Charges & Import Fees

Due to Brexit, customs policies have changed in some countries. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to your local customs office. We advise paying these charges promptly to avoid additional delays with your delivery.

Uncollected & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is not collected within Royal Mail/Evri's holding timeframe and is returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued.

If customs fees are not paid on time or the parcel is not collected within the required timeframe, resulting in the parcel being returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

This also applies to orders where a free shipping code has been used.
